Synopsis
For this concert of April 2001, at the Zenith of Paris, the famous Diva from Cape Verde, with strings and brass, gives one of the best recitals of her career. The star and her 70 young artists invited offered a great overview of entrancing musics of their islands.
Cesaria presents a repertoire enriched by cheerful overtones, far from the nostalgic "saudade" and increasingly influenced by Bresilian and cuban musics.
