Synopsis

Art enthusiast Michel Ocelot has devoted his working life to animated cinema. In this interview he talks about the ups and downs of a career culminating in the success of Kirikou and the Sorceress, his first full-length feature and the film that changed his life. He outlines his plans, too, revealing that after a second Kirikou he will be making Azur and Asmar, using 3D so as to work faster: "I have all sorts of stories to tell, but it takes me too long to tell them."
