Synopsis
Nestling in the rolling English countryside is a heaven and hell called Nirvana Spa, a top of the range gym and fitness club. Here pleasure and pain collide as men and women put themselves through gruelling health regimes and luxurious beauty treatments.
The series follows emotional journeys on the hard path to beauty and fitness – a girl who wants a record deal but is simply too fat, a woman who has just been dumped by her husband after 23 years and needs to start dating again, a racing driver who needs to visualize his racing successes and a model who wants to become a pole dancer.
