Synopsis
When Adamm Liley was a kid, he loved America. A Canadian by birth, Adamm wanted to live the life he saw on American television each day. He wanted to eat red meat, smile with white teeth, fight alongside de A-Team, and spin that big old wheel on The Price Is Right. They had cheaper, unattainable goods, Disneyland, and Hollywood. America seemed to be the land where people just had more. Fast forward a few decades and a 33 year old Adamm is found living in Halifax, Nova Scotia, curious to re-discover the world he had fallen in love with as a child. Told through the eyes of Adamm and his colourful Cadillac, Come On Down: Searching for the American Dream captures Adamm's raucous road trip into the heart of the elusive American Dream.
