Synopsis
In 2067, death is now prohibited !Three aged people sow discord in the retirement home run by Prof. Sellers. E224 is an anticipation sitcom. It has all the ingredients of a visionary farce in which the future is simply a pretext to talk about the present. The retirement home the only place in the series is somewhere between Heaven and Hell. It’s a closed microcosm with endless corridors. Surveillance cameras keep a watch on the slightest pensioners gesture. The main comic device in the series is based on the retroactive look it takes at our period. Through the absurd, it highlights contemporary deviances and excesses.
