more than a dance - she finds herself. Sabar is a coming-of-age story, that gives an intimate look into a
young woman’s inner struggle for self-discovery and truth through her relationship with dance. Set in
Oakland, California, the film teaches us to be unafraid of the dream embedded within and inspires us to live, dream, dance, love and be free.
