Synopsis
A land of mysticism, spiritual beliefs and amazing phenomena, India has, over the centuries been a powerful and intriguing country. There are astounding stories concealed behind the seemingly innocuous and widespread beliefs such as astrology, martial arts and medical mysteries. This is just the tip of the iceberg! Hidden below, is a huge substructure of ancient beliefs, legends and knowledge.
The phenomena are wide and varied ranging from secret cults and legends to strange looking human beings and stories of the unknown. Whether it's the Three Monkey brothers, the Jackals of Kala Dungar or the Legends of Bangarh, Mano Ya Na Mano, brings to the fore, all such phenomena, lying unexposed and hidden over the centuries.
Each episode will have two stories - One will have a greater emphasis on reality visuals, the other a greater emphasis on reconstructed visuals. Each episode and the stories therein would be connected thematically within the context of Indian legends, myths and beliefs.
