Synopsis
Set in a mountainous provincial region, the background scenery is breathtaking and captures the essence of Philippines natural beauty and the simple way of life in a remote village.

The film revolves around a young woman by the name of Dacmay, who has returned to her native village after 14years. Through her eyes we discover a heart-warming and emotional story of the special bond that formed between her and missionary sister Adel many years ago, and which re-shaped their lives forever.
Sister Adel struggles to overcome the initial resentment of the villagers, the inherent poverty and lack of education of the children, her relationship with Dacmay and a forbidden love affair.
When she unveils and consents to a night of passion with her lover, she is left torn between her faith, her love, her bond with Dacmay and her love for a village that now condemns her.
